In case you missed this week around here, I shared a post on my Tea Party Tray and how it did not go according to plan, but still turned out to be a fun little project. Most importantly, we have seriously been getting our tea party on around this house and loving every minute! My Mr. T (my one year old) loves to carry the tray and pour tea just as much as his big sister!
Before we check out this week's features, I want to thank each one of you who took the time to vote on the next quilt I should finish. Your votes and words of encouragement have spurred me on and given me a fresh excitement to finish a quilt. Contestant number 2 is making its way to my sewing table to be given new life!
Lynda - please send me an email to ahumblecreation (at) gmail.com so I can get your address and mail to you the fabric you won:
This week's most viewed link was a tie between two lovely projects. Apparently you all were in the mood for some winter decorating.
Carol from Carol's Heirloom Collection shared her Winter Mantel
And we have a winner of the giveaway! Using a random number generator to determine the recipient of the prize....our winner is Lynda who posted "Even though my grandson would vote for contestant number 3, I really love #2... Those colors are wonderful!"
Carol from Carol's Heirloom Collection shared her Winter Mantel
Thanks ladies for giving us inspiration with some fun, inexpensive projects to decorate our homes this winter (I write this sentence as it's 80 degrees outside...perhaps I need some of Carol's snowflakes!).
On to some of my favorites. Once again, I want to feature them all as there were so many wonderful projects to get the creative juices flowing.
My favorite recipe this week came from Tracey at We Made That with her Double Heart Cookies
Nicole at My Garden Diaries shared her Celebrate centerpiece. She "shopped" her home to create this simple but lovely table decor in celebration of her baby's baptism.
Lydia from Pudel Design made this beautiful Ottoman as a House Warming Gift for a friend. She provides a tutorial on her blog.

I couldn't resist sharing these two variations of hearts, each a little different and with a tutorial.
Laurie from Simply Creating Home shared her Basketful of Hearts
Stephanie from The Enchanting Rose shared her Vintage Jeweled Hearts
If you were featured and would like to display a button, please feel free to grab it from the sidebar. Thank you for all the beautiful link ups. I wish I had room to share each one. If you didn't get a chance to check them out, go visit last week's party and catch up!
How to share your own humble creations:
- Please grab a button from the sidebar or add a text link back to my site somewhere in your post.
- Feel free to post more than one project, but please be sure to link back to the specific post, not your main page.
- Please consider following me (Facebook, Pinterest, Bloglovin, Google +, Google Friend Connect, RSS feed). It's not required, but you might find something you like!
- The link party will be up from Sunday evening through Friday evening.
- Each Monday I will feature the most viewed link along with some of my favorites, so check back to see if you've been featured.
- Please don't forget to visit some of the other link-ups for great ideas and inspiration.
- Have fun making your tables special!

ReplyDeleteThank you, my friend. I know on that ottoman...I already asked Lydia how I could get one, but I think it might be too much to ship from Germany! Guess I have to make my own!
